“The House of the Dead: Remake Brings Zombie-Blastin’ Back on April 7”
Fans of classic 1996 light gun arcade shooter The House of the Dead have been waiting for the remake to come out for a while, and now it finally has a date on Nintendo Switch. The eShop release is officially set to launch on April 7, and you can see more of how the horror hit has been spruced up in the trailer below.
Publisher Forever Entertainment and developer MegaPixel Studio outline the features:
- Well known arcade classic with modern graphics and controls.
- True to the original gameplay.
- Local two-player multiplayer.
- Multiple endings.
- Photo mode.
- Achievements.
- Armory with unlockable weapons.
- Hordes of the undead monstrosities in a new game mode.
- Gallery with encountered enemies and bosses.
