This married Queens mom wasn’t hot for teacher, she was hot for principal, a lawsuit claims.

Elizabeth Baltzis’ efforts to woo the married schoolmaster of Saint Demetrios School in Astoria, Anastasios Koularmanis, allegedly included showing up in his office in tight, revealing outfits and “removing articles of her clothing”; telling him she’d just gotten waxed and asking “if he wanted to see”; stalking him in the parking lot; and sending reams of “highly sexual” text messages to him and his wife.

Koularmanis, in a lawsuit he filed against the woman, the school community and others, claimed he often asked staffers to stay in his office with him to keep an eye on Baltzis, or sent them to meet her in the parking lot to distract her. But his complaints to school authorities fell on deaf ears because Baltzis’ husband, Konstantine, was a member of the parish council, according to court papers.

When he asked his alleged tormentor to stop, telling her his wife was upset about the torrent of sexts, Baltzis allegedly replied, “Your wife has issues.”

Images of the purported text messages are not filed with the lawsuit and the principal’s lawyer declined The Post’s requests to view them.

The principal claims when he told parish council member Gerasimos Asprogerakas about the aggressive mom, Asprogerakas said the board could fire him.

When he told Elizabeth Baltzis to stay away from his office unless she had an appointment, she threatened she would “ruin your career, your marriage and your life,” according to court papers.

The Greek drama soon became the subject of an “ugly and malicious” campaign in a local blog to ruin his rep, falsely accusing him of corruption, stealing school grant funds and harassing students, according to the principal’s Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.

The Helleniscope blog by Nickos Stamatakis “asserts as a fact that Anastasios is guilty of blackmail, authoritarianism and terrorism,” according to the lawsuit, which claims the allegations left Koularmanis physically ill.

The married father of two has denied the Helleniscope allegations, and is suing Stamatakis for defamation. He also wants $587,600 in unpaid commissions and salary from the school.

The principal, who headed the school from September 2000, claims he was forced to resign in January because of the harassment campaign. He is now the director of Greek education for the Greek-Orthodox Archdiocese of America. He declined comment.

Konstantine Baltzis, speaking for his wife, called the lawsuit’s allegations “spurious.”

“None of this stuff is true. … There is not a shred of evidence to support the claims,” he said.

Stamatakis stood by his blog reports, saying it was “100 percent backed up and correct.” Asprogerakas slammed Koularmanis’ lawsuit as “gossip,” adding “99.9 percent of what he’s writing, it’s a lie.”
