Miami — where Jeff Bezos has just announced he will be living full-time and now home to soccer great Lionel Messi — has added a wave of new hotspot restaurants in recent months. From South Florida satellites of beloved bistros Bouchon and Pastis to the first-ever partnership between hospitality and nightlife moguls David Grutman of Groot Hospitality and Noah Tepperberg, The Hollywood Reporter has rounded up some of the best restaurants in the area.

Chef Thomas Keller has just debuted a Miami outpost of his acclaimed Bouchon Bistro, serving up steak frites and pâté de campagne inside the historic 1920s La Palma Building. 2101 Galiano St., Coral Gables

Casadonna — a coastal Italian-inspired restaurant designed by Ken Fulk — is the first-ever partnership between nightlife and hospitality moguls David Grutman and Noah Tepperberg. 1737 N. Bayshore Drive, Edgewater
Mirabella
On Oct. 24, the famed Fontainebleau Miami Beach (which will soon debut a sister property in Las Vegas) welcomed Michelin-starred chef Michael White’s new family-style coastal Italian Mirabella restaurant. Dishes range from grilled octopus with gigante beans to seafood risotto and burrata with lobster. 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach
Pastis
Pastis — Keith McNally and Stephen Starr’s beloved brasserie in NYC’s Meatpacking District — now has a South Florida sister restaurant, featuring a curved zinc bar, signature red banquettes and an outdoor garden. 380 NW 26th St., Wynwood
Shingo
New omakase restaurant Shingo is located, like Bouchon, inside Coral Gables’ historic La Palma building.
