Kendrick Lamar has shared a new trailer for his performance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show. This one features SZA, who it’s confirmed will join Lamar onstage as the first announced guest performer for the show on February 9 in New Orleans.
The link-up makes sense, since a couple of months after the show, Lamar and SZA will head out on a joint tour together. SZA appeared on two songs on Lamar’s recently released album GNX (“luther” and “gloria”), while Lamar can be heard on the song “30 For 30” from SZA’s 2024 project SOS Deluxe: Lana.
In other news, Drake is suing Universal Music Group for defamation over Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us.”
