90 Day Fiance: The Other Way continues the cultural conflict experiment

Last we saw the train-wreck couples on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, there were multiple people shocked about living conditions that don’t live up to Midwest suburbia in the United States. Others are working on personal conflict with their future partners, and the fact that nobody thinks their relationship is a good idea.

So we have nothing but fighting, confrontation, and argument on the near horizon of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. The only duo we haven’t seen work on their conflict at this point is Melyza and Tim, who insists on over-pronouncing the second ‘o’ in Colombia. We get it, you took Spanish in High School.

Here’s what to expect next episode on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way

Let’s get the easy one out of the way really quickly. If Deavan isn’t pleased by Jihoon’s actions, she’ll rudely tell him “See you next Tuesday,” if you catch my drift. This dude speaks a decent amount of English, and she speaks nearly no Korean, but she thinks a pre-programmed universal translator is going to solve all their issues. Wrong.

Second up is Ari and her Ethiopian house/apartment/whatever. The entire kitchen and bathroom situation involves far too many buckets, which is, ya know, something she should have thought about in her air conditioning Lamaze class before eschewing Western comforts to birth her child in a third world country.

Or maybe, just maybe, she should have worked a deal with TLC to film early for the next season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days instead of jumping right into a mold-infested bathroom on this season of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way.

The third woman who is not all that happy about her move “the other way,” is Jenny. Of course, that’s likely because Sumit appears to be slow-playing the divorce, and she’s not exactly a spring chicken.

The final woman heading somewhere she doesn’t like is Brittany. She likely thought Jordan, associated the country with Michael Jordan, and figured it would be fun. Wrong. If she doesn’t have on a burqa ASAFP, she may as well fly home.

Last but not least, Tim is tucking his tail between his legs and moving to ColOmbia. He knows Melyza is WAY out of his league and will be groveling very soon.

At this point, only Armando and Kenny are likely to work out on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way.
