When will new “Detective Conan” episodes start on ProSieben MAXX in 2023 and where can I stream the series? We have questions and answers.

Between October 2022 and January 2023, ProSieben MAXX ran around 50 new episodes of “Detective Conan” with the 6th season. And as with every season, fans are rightly asking when they can expect the sequel to Gosho Aoyama’s Conan, Ran and Kogoro crime stories.

There is no official confirmation of the 7th season of “Detective Conan” for Germany. In Germany, 483 episodes (Jap. counting 445) of “Detective Conan” have been shown ProSieben MAXX. All episodes were also published by Crunchyroll both on DVD and on the SVOD service of the same name. In Japan, the 1090 episode was already running on July 15, 2023, and in a few weeks the 1100 episode limit will be broken. So there is definitely a lot of crime stuff to catch up on for ProSieben MAXX and Crunchyroll. The difference to Japan is more than 600 episodes.

When does Detective Conan season 7 start?

ProSieben MAXX is currently keeping a low profile when it comes to a sequel to “Detective Conan”. In response to inquiries from the community, the station officially announced in July 2023 via Twitter that it was of course on the subject of “Detective Conan” and promised “more information soon”. An exact date when it should continue is missing at the current time.
