Last month we reported that the anime series “Shakugan no Shana” was being released in Germany. Now Filmconfect Anime has released a first clip with German synchronization as well as the German speaker list. You can find both below in the article.

The first volume for «Shakugan no Shana» is expected to be released on March 15, 2021 on DVD and Blu-ray. This is a Steel edition with collecting slipcase. It contains the first five episodes of the anime plus a Marianne rag doll as an extra.

For the release of the series, Filmconfect Anime is working with the recently founded label emania ANIME together (we reported). The anime should appear not only in Germany, but also in Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy. For this reason, the disc release includes a German, French and Japanese soundtrack with subtitles in German, French and Italian.

“Shakugan no Shana” is based on the light novel series of the same name by Yashichirō Takahashi. The series adaptation was made between 2005 and 2012 at Studio JCStaff and comprises a total of three seasons.

Yūji experiences the shock of his life when he is in the pedestrian zone and time suddenly stands still around him.
