Konami’s football games have been a fan favorite due to their exciting gameplay. However, with the refusal of acknowledgment of “official licenses for teams and leagues”, fans have continued to remain disappointed.

Seitaro Kimura, who is the producer of this series commented that “Starting with the strong foundations of Unreal Engine, which has allowed us to massively overhaul player expression, we’ve made a number of modifications to virtually create a new football game engine that will power eFootball for years to come.” This replacement series has a ton of new features, events, and so on; some of which includes the introduction of Sharp Kicks that allows players to choose how they want to play the ball and new 1v1 Duels which enable players to showcase uncommon tricks in order to embarrass the opponents and create goals.
The release date of eFootball 2022 is getting closer, and players must be excited to have a new title on their consoles. This is a free-to-play title, additionally, eFootball PES 2021 mobile version will receive updates and be aligned to eFootball 2022, during this fall season.
