More than 10 years since Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Sea of Monsters underperformed in theaters in 2013, Disney is rebooting the franchise with a new TV series for 2023.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians is now available to stream on Disney+ and Hulu, a fre hours earlier than scheduled.

The new reboot series follows Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell), a 12-year-old boy who discovers he’s a demigod. After he learns to use his new divine powers, Zeus tasks him with finding his master lightning bolt, which has been stolen. With the help of his friends, Annabeth (Leah Sava Jeffries) and Grover (Aryan Simhadri), Jackson must now get the weapon, return it and bring order back to Olympus.
