The clip, filmed by a reporter at the scene, shows several men carrying semi-automatic weapons joining others to square off with the officers in the vehicle, taunting them during a night of chaotic rioting over the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
“They’re gonna gas us!” one man carrying a rifle shouts to others at the beginning of the two-minute video as he stands right next to the police truck.
“You’re f–king cowards!” another shouts from out of the frame.
As the officers in the idling vehicle inch forward, the group moves in closer around the truck, blocking its path.
Eventually, the officers begin tossing teargas canisters at the crowd from inside the truck. The group scatters as some protesters attempt to kick or carry the canisters away.
“Kick that s–t!” one person shouts.
Several loud bangs are then heard as the truck then makes its way down the street.
Bystanders shouted anti-cop chants at the officers as the drove off.

The scene was just one of several violent incidents from Monday night, when protesters set cars on fire, smashed windows and clashed with officers in riot gear.
Groups of armed men were spotted in the city claiming to protect businesses and protesters during the unrest.
The 29-year-old Blake remains hospitalized after being shot seven times in the back at point-blank range by a white officer trying to stop him from getting into his car Sunday afternoon.
Blake’s attorney, Ben Crump, said the father may never walk again. His family is demanding that all three cops at the scene be kicked off the force and that the unidentified officer who fired the shots to be arrested and charged with attempted murder.
President Trump on Tuesday called on Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers to bring in the National Guard to quell the protests — though Evers had already done so on Monday.
“Governor should call in the National Guard in Wisconsin,” Trump tweeted. “It is ready, willing, and more than able. End problem FAST!”
Blake’s mother, Julia Jackson, has urged protesters to remain peaceful.
“As I was riding through here, though this city, I noticed a lot of damage,” she said. “It doesn’t reflect my son or my family. If Jacob knew what was going on as far as that goes, the violence and the destruction, he would be very un-pleased.”
