A homeless parolee was busted in the murder of a rival who he allegedly kicked down a flight of stairs in Penn Station earlier this month, cops said.

Kariym Jackson, 39, was nabbed by members of the NYPD’s violent felony warrant squad on Friday, police said Monday.

He was charged with second-degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing in connection to the Aug. 4 slaying of another homeless man inside the Manhattan transit hub at West 34th Street and Seventh Avenue.

Jackson was arguing with the man around 11:10 p.m. that day when he kicked him in the back, causing him to tumble down the entire flight, cops said.

Cops found the victim at the bottom of the stairway with head trauma.

He was rushed to NYU Langone Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Jackson was sentenced to state prison twice — once in 2009 for attempted criminal possession of a forged instrument in 2009, and then for grand larceny in 2018 — state corrections records show. He was released on parole in March of 2019.
