As previously announced, the Early Access period is expected to last 12 months, and is described as a beta state, including over 150 cosmetic options, 30 playable levels, and 15 power cores, as well as matchmaking and cross-platform play. The full release will add more levels, cars, power cores, and game modes.

Beta 2 is currently available for PC via Steam until June 20.
