Las Vegas, Nevada – Many consider Lil Wayne to be one of the greatest rappers of all time so whenever he makes a public appearance, fans will react in disbelief and try to snap a photo of the Hip Hop legend. That happened recently when the Young Money founder attended soul legend Anita Baker’s show in Las Vegas, Nevada over the weekend.

In a clip shared online, Anita took a second out of her set to acknowledge Weezy F Baby, who stood up and thanked the audience for the round of applause. There was one fan in particular who couldn’t believe Lil Wayne was actually there in the flesh.

The person was wearing a yellow t-shirt and stood up behind Wayne to show his appreciation for the NOLA legend. As the “A Milli” rapper turned around, the fan opened his mouth in excitement after seeing the rapper’s face and took out his phone to record the wholesome moment.

Lil Wayne wasn’t the only person who received some love during Anita Baker’s show. Chance The Rapper received some praise after the singer acknowledged him for helping her acquire her master recordings.

“You should say hello to a friend of mine by way of the music industry and by way of helping me, helping me to get a hold and ownership of my master recordings,” Baker said, pointing at Chance, who stood up and thanked the audience for their applause and cheers.

The two continued to voice their appreciation for each other on Twitter with a friendly back-and-forth conversation thread.
