#Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s battle ‘raging’ into holidays

Brad Pitt’s Christmas won’t be so merry as the still-unresolved issues with Angelia Jolie in their custody battle “are still raging,” Page Six is told.

Despite reports that Pitt will see at least three of his children with ex-wife Jolie on Christmas Eve, things are “not that simple,” according to a source.

“Every holiday, every birthday, someone always leaks the same thing about Brad and his supposed plans to see the kids, like the pizza party for Shiloh’s birthday this year — and it seems like there’s never any truth to it,” the insider claimed.

What makes matters worse is that this year it finally seemed as if Pitt, 57, and Jolie, 45, were close to reaching the finish line in their long-running divorce.

The exes announced their split in September 2016 and after a bitter custody fight over their six children, they were ”finally headed towards some resolution.”

However, after Jolie filed to dismiss the judge in the court case, the whole process stopped and almost everything that had been kept under wraps became public — and things now “seem to be at a standstill and it doesn’t look like it’s going to be resolved anytime soon,” according to the source.

Although Pitt is bound to see his kids at some point, the situation continues to be “pretty tragic for everyone” as it heads into its fifth year.

“This continues to be a very hard time for the family,” the source said.

Page Six has reached out to Jolie’s camp for comment.
