Milan Records announced that it has released the complete soundtracks for Sword Art Online the Movie -Progressive- Aria of a Starless Night and the sequel film Sword Art Online the Movie -Progressive- Scherzo of Deep Night composed by Yuki Kajiura. The sequel debuted in North American theaters on February 3. 

Kajiura commented on the release: 

“I am truly honored and happy that so many people will be able to hear the music I created for this wonderful work. The timing of the music is matched to every detail of the movie, so I think you will also enjoy listening to it as a reminder of the breath of the work.” 

The first album features 47 tracks while the second album features 39 tracks.
