Rams head coach Sean McVay has settled in nicely as the sideline leader of the Left Coasters and has the tools to make another respectable seasonal run, since ’Cat expects the Seahawks will not go undefeated. Expect QB Jimmy Garoppolo back in charge of the Niners, but he was pulled at halftime against the Dolphins last week, has physical issues and has been erratic. Rams keep up the good work.

DALLAS COWBOYS (+1.5) over Arizona Cardinals

There’s no doubt in ’Cat’s mind that those running the Cards are encouraged by this year’s progress behind QB Kyler Murray. But though Dallas caught an awful break with Dak Prescott’s ugly injury incurred versus the Giants, few league teams have a reserve in the hole as capable as Andy Dalton. Don’t like chasing favorites when they’re on the road for the third consecutive week. ’Boys (+2) take out this respectable foe.
