If you’re too powerful for Beat Saber, then maybe it’s time to give Supernatural a shot. The VR exercise app best known for its rhythmic aerobics and guided meditations now includes a high-intensity boxing game that will leave you sore after just one lesson.

Unlike Beat Saber and other games that people just happen to use for exercise, the new Supernatural boxing game is all about working your muscles. You punch incoming targets while a coach encourages you to keep going, correcting your form along the way. Each has a specific shape and color to tell you which punch to throw, and you’re even encouraged to stretch between intervals.

While Supernatural and its suite of workouts won’t always match the experience of going to a gym, it’s an incredibly accessible way to start exercising. You can use Supernatural in the privacy of your own home, it gives you new guided workouts every day, and of course, it costs less than a gym membership.

You can download Supernatural on your Oculus Quest now to enjoy a month-long free trial. The service then costs $18.99 a month or $179 a year. While I wouldn’t call these rates “cheap,” they’re a lot lower than what you’ll pay at a gym, especially when you factor in annual membership costs and sign-up fees.
