#Watch Porridge Radio Cover Leonard Cohen’s “Who by Fire”

Porridge Radio have covered Leonard Cohen’s New Skin for the Old Ceremony song “Who by Fire.” El Hardwick filmed the band’s performance at St Giles’ Church in Camberwell, London. Watch below.

“I’ve loved Leonard Cohen since I was a teenager, and when he died we learnt this song in tribute to him,” Porridge Radio’s Dana Margolin wrote. “It’s always been a favourite of ours so we were really happy to record it for our session at St Giles’ Church, Camberwell. The lyrics are from the Jewish liturgy for the new year (Rosh Hashana), and this was filmed the same week as Rosh Hashana this year.”

Porridge Radio released Every Bad earlier this year. Read Pitchfork’s Rising feature “Porridge Radio Make Indie Rock for the Angsty Antisocial in All of Us.”
