December 27th 2020 – Lilith Games is excited to announce that two iconic stars from ATLUS Games acclaimed PERSONA5 are joining the cast of its idle-RPG, AFK Arena. JOKER and QUEEN, two of the most recognisable heroes from the game's team of Phantom Thieves are jumping straight from Tokyo’s streets and into the world of Esperia where they are going to steal players hearts. The two Heroes will be free to try as part of the forthcoming New Year update on December 30th, when players can experiment with them before deciding if they want to add JOKER and QUEEN to their squad from the in-game store where they will be on sale until February 27th.

PERSONA5 is a gaming classic that was voted the best modern JRPG by IGN, making JOKER and QUEEN the perfect way to see out AFK Arena’s incredible year. The two newest Heroes join the idle RPG’s epic cast alongside other 2020 additions including Zaphrael and Lucretia, Ezio Auditore from Assassin’s Creed, Samurai Shodown’s Ukyo Tachibana and Overlord’s Ainz Ooal Gown and Albedo. 2020 also saw 2 million new downloads of the game, the creation of an epic AFK Arena inspired track from Don Diablo, YouTube sensation Markiplier becoming an NPC in the game and the launch of the “Cheat on Your RPG” commercials starring Elijah Wood.
