Sony Music Labels has posted a 90s-second first anime PV for its new VTuber project “VERSEⁿ” (pronounced verse), titled “VERSEⁿ – Episodeⁿ | Kusou (Daydream)” on YouTube.
This mystery-filled clip is directed by mazilla, who worked on the OP movies for Fate/Grand Order – Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia and DARLING in the FRANXX, based on his own character designs. And Yukiko Horiguchi (K-ON!, Lucky Star), who also serves as the project’s character design supervisor, is in charge of the animation director. The project’s official Twitter introduces the clip as follows:
VTuber project “VERSEⁿ” that travels through various stories. The PV “Episodeⁿ | Kusou,” the first content of the project, has been released. The memories of five girls come back to life in our world. The truth awaits beyond the missing memories that lead to Rin. In order to get there, they start telling something to someone.
Rin – The girl who holds the key to parallel worlds:
A high school girl who holds the key to the story of all the parallel worlds. She is introverted and doesn’t talk about her true feelings much, but she is a cheerful presence on the Internet. Her sense of inferiority to her admirers, slight dissatisfaction with her surroundings, and the small worries of her age cause ripples in the calm world.
