“#Ensemble Stars! Latest Virtual Concert Blu-ray Takes No.1 on Oricon’s Daily Charts”

Frontier Works (Animate Group) has announced that the Blu-ray box of “Ensemble Stars! DREAM LIVE -4th Tour ‘Prism Star!’,” which was released in Japan on March 14, 2021, ranked No.1 on Oricon’s daily Blu-ray sales charts on its first day. As of this writing, the three-disc set has dominated the charts for three consecutive days.

Ensemble Stars! is Happy Elements’ male idol-themed game franchise launched in April 2015. It has been developed in a wide range of media, including a 24-episode TV anime aired in 2019. Its fourth virtual concert was held at Makuhari Messe for two days, “ver.REFRACT” on November 16, 2019, and “ver.SCATTER” on November 17. The DVD of the latter also takes the No.1 on spot on Oricon’s DVD daily sale chart, and that of the former follows on second.

Their next fifth virtual concert tour “Ensemble Stars! DREAM LIVE -5th Tour ‘Stargazer’-“ is set to be held at Intex Osaka in Osaka on April 2 to 4, 2021, then at Makuhari Messe in Chiba from April 25 to May 1.
