“Shuiesha Launches Manga PLUS Creator by SHUEISHA”
Shueisha announced that it has released the “Manga PLUS Creators by SHUEISHA” application developed by MediBang, which develops illustration and manga creation software. The new platform allows authors and artists to submit their manga for readers to view. Submissions can be made in either English or Spanish.
In addition, a “Monthly Awards” system allows submissions to be ranked and nominated for monetary prizes and the chance of being published in Shonen Jump+ and MANGA Plus by SHUEISHA. The editorial team at SHUEISHA will be selecting the top 5 winners each month.
MANGA Plus by Shueisha was originally launched in 2019 and offers manga to readers on iOS, Android, and PC in 7 languages, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Thai, Russian, and Indonesian. Notable titles include Kajiu No.8, JUJUTSU KAISEN, My Hero Academia, Spy x Family, and others.
