It was confirmed today that the self-proclaimed "Internet Pop Rock Band" will be seeing out the hit anime series with their song "Boku no Sensou" ("My War"). Previously, the trio performed the second season ending theme "Yūgure no Tori" ("Twilight Birds").

Shinsei Kamattechan

Shinsei Kamattechan are fans of Attack on Titan creator Hajime Isayama, who illustrated the the cover of the "Yūgure no Tori" single. Isayama says the new song has a sense of sacredness about it, and that he's enjoying listening to the bands other songs — this one in particular.

Band member Noko says the world views of Attack on Titan and Shinsei Kamattechan are very similar, and "Boku no Sensou" allows the band to explore that link. He looks forward to the full song becoming available, so fans can hear the lyrics in their entirety.
