Holly Madison is a genuine “girl next door” now.

It’s been more than 10 years since we last saw the former Playboy Bunny, along with Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson, entertain us on-screen as the three girlfriends of the late Hugh Hefner, all while living a life of luxury at the esteemed Playboy Mansion.

But Madison, now 41, has since come a long way from life at the 22,000-square-foot Gothic-Tudor Los Angeles residence — opting for a more down-to-earth home instead.

The mother of two, who earned fame after appearing on the series “The Girls Next Door” for six seasons — from 2005 to 2009 — is renting a relatively humble, 2,200-square-foot home in Las Vegas, The Post has learned.

The wholesome-looking family home, which she moved into in December, is made up of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It even comes with its own picket fence around a fairly compact backyard, which includes a pool.

To compare, the Playboy Mansion boasts 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, a home theater, a wine cellar, a game house — and an armload of exotic birds.

Hefner’s renowned 5-acre estate also features a tennis/basketball court, a waterfall and a swimming pool area. The pool space comes with a patio and barbecue area, a grotto and a basement gym with a sauna below the bathhouse. Landscaping includes a large koi pond with an artificial stream.

Madison’s move comes two years after her divorce from Pasquale Rotella, 46, with whom she shares two children: Rainbow, 8, and Forest, 4. The two had been married for six years before calling it quits.

Although her new digs are a far cry from the Playboy Mansion, the two-floor home has been newly upgraded with laminated tile floors and granite kitchen countertops.

While it is unclear how much Madison is renting the home for, it is estimated to be worth around $450,000, according to Realtor.

In contrast, following the death of Hefner in 2017, the Playboy Mansion was sold to billionaire Daren Metropoulos for a whopping $100 million.

Meanwhile, “Hollywood” star Samara Weaving has been cast to portray ex-Playmate Madison in a bombshell new limited series.

The Sony Pictures Television production will be based on Madison’s revealing 2015 memoir, “Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny,” according to TV Line.

“SMILF” alum Weaving, 28, takes on the role in a project that, according to the synopsis, goes “beyond the polished facade of the Playboy brand to depict the visceral, often deeply damaging stories of the women who entered following a dream and found themselves manipulated, controlled and abused by the machine.”
