#She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man TV Anime Adds Two New Cast Members

Mira (formerly the great sage Dunbalf) is surprised by her new appearance in a scene from the upcoming She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man TV anime.

Two new cast members have been revealed for She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man (known in Japan as Kenja no Deshi o Nanoru Kenja), an upcoming TV anime based on the isekai fantasy light novel series written by Hirotsugu Ryusen and illustrated by fuzichoco about a video game player who finds himself sucked into a fantasy world in the body of a younger, gender-swapped version of his elderly wizard character. The new cast members include:

A character setting of Solomon from the upcoming She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man TV anime. Solomon appears as a slender young man with blonde hair and yellow eyes, and he is dressed in the stately uniform of a prince with a majestic red cloak.

Ayumu Murase as Solomon.

A character setting of Luminaria from the upcoming She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man TV anime. Luminaria appears as a young woman with hip-length red hair and red eyes, and she dresses in a revealing sorcereress's outfit with a long pale blue cloak.

And Minami Hinata as Luminaria.

The original She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man light novels are published in Japan by Micro Machine under their GC Novels imprint, and an English language version is also available from Seven Seas Entertainment, who describe the story of the series as follows:

Sakamori Kagami was one of the top players in the VRMMO Ark Earth Online as Danblf, a veteran summoner with the gravitas to match his elite status. When he falls asleep playing one day, he’s transported to a world where the game is reality—but instead of his all-powerful avatar, he’s stuck in the body of a cute young girl! He can’t let anyone know that this little cutie is really Danblf, so he takes the name “Mira” and claims to be Danblf’s disciple. If this gets out, he’ll never live it down!

A key visual for the upcoming She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wiseman TV anime, featuring the main character, a petite girl named Mira (formerly the great sage Dunbalf) and her feline familiar posing on the out-skirts of a ring-shaped fantasy city in a magical world.

The She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man TV anime is directed by Keitaro Motonaga and features animation production by studio A-CAT. The series is scheduled to broadcast on Japanese TV in 2021, and it will also be streamed in the United States via Funimation.
