Shanna Moakler just accused Khloé Kardashian of getting plastic surgery in the most brutal way! On Monday, the former Miss USA star took to Instagram to share a sexy snapshot while celebrating a recent weight loss. In the photo, she purses her lips with her hands above her head while posing in yellow lingerie. Ch-ch-check it out (below)!

The snapshot caught lots of attention on social media, but not exactly for the reasons she was probably hoping! One fan slid into the comments to write:

“Girl Khloe got the same face”

Dang!

Welp, Shanna wasted no time before clapping back — and totally shading Khloé in the process. She responded:

“I think her surgery came out beautiful!”

YEESH. Several others also pointed out the similarities between the models’ looks, one chimed in:

“Literally thought that was Khloe Kardashian”

Clearly annoyed, the 47-year-old former Playboy Playmate snapped:

“khloe doesn’t even look like khloe what are you people smoking lol”

Oof!!

Of course, the comment seems extra harsh considering Shanna used to be married to Kourtney Kardashian’s new man, Travis Barker. So, there’s been some bad blood between the families for a while now! But what’s her problem with the reality star?? Does she just not like the comparison?? Hmm.

KoKo has been called out for not opening up about whether or not she’s had work done in the past. At this time, the 38-year-old has only owned up to getting “one nose job” after being bombarded with plastic surgery accusations for years. While appearing on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast in May, The Kardashians star complained:

“It did use to bother me when people were [saying] I’ve had 12 face transplants. I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, I have?’ I was like, ‘That’s crazy.’”

She went on to insist it has not only “bothered” her but “offended” her, saying:

“I just couldn’t figure out why people thought that. I’ve had one nose job that I love. Like, I want everyone to know. … I don’t care to lie about it.”

During the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion special in June 2021, she opened up about her nose job while speaking to Andy Cohen, detailing candidly:

“Everybody gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? Nobody’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections — not really Botox. I’ve responded poorly to Botox.”

Meanwhile, Shanna’s never shied away from discussing her health and fitness journey. While she was celebrating her most recent “fitness goal” of losing 20 pounds this week on socials, she also called her mini tummy tuck the “best thing [she] ever did” when she got a “mommy makeover” in October 2018. The mother of three has also received liposuction, cellulite removal, and a butt enhancement, according to Inside Edition. So, it’s def noteworthy to see her throwing so much shade at Khloé now!!
