#Seirei Gensouki – Spirit Chronicles Anime Gets New PV, July 5 Premiere

The official website and Twitter account for the anime adaptation of Yuri Kitayama and Riv’s Seirei Gensouki – Spirit Chronicles light novel series revealed a new promotional video, key visual, and July 5 premiere date for the anime.

The anime’s staff includes Osamu Yamasaki (ItaKiss) as director and scriptwriter alongside Mitsutaka Hirota (Rent-A-Girlfriend), Megumu Sasano (Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo), Yoshiko Nakamura (Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-), Kyoko Yufu (DARLING in the FRANXX) as character designer, Takehiko Segawa (Arte) as art director, Tomoko Kohioki (Citrus) as color key artist, Norimasa Teramoto (SSSS.Gridman) as director of photography, Keisuke Yanagi (Rail Wars!) as editor, Hiroto Morishita (Beelzebub) as sound director, and Yasuyuki Yamazaki (Lord Marksman and Vanadis) as music composer. Shota Yaso (Adachi to Shimamura) is in charge of sound effects, with Nippon Columbia and TMS Music producing the music and KANON producing the sound. The animation production will be from TMS Entertainment and Wao World.

The anime’s cast includes Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Rio/Haruto Amakawa, Ayaka Suwa as young Rio, Akane Fujita as Celia Claire, Yūki Kuwahara as Aishia, Tomori Kusunoki as Latif, Sayaka Harada as Miharu Ayase, Sayumi Suzushiro as Christina Beltrum, Kaede Hondo as Flora Beltrum, Sayaka Kaneko as Roanna Fontaine, Kenji Hamada as Alfred Emerle, Atsushi Tamaru as Charles Arbor, Koji Yusa as Reiss Vulfe, Nao Tōyama as Liselotte Cretia, Hiyori Nitta as Sara, Yukina Shutō as Orphiaand, and Asuka Nishi as Alma.

J-Novel Club releases the Seirei Gensouki – Spirit Chronicles light novels and manga in English and describes its story as:
