The duo enjoy a slumber party in their new Dave Meyers-directed video.
Saweetie and Doja Cat have joined forces for new song “Best Friend.” The track is accompanied by a fun video in which the pair of besties go shopping for Birkin bags, drive around in a jewel-encrusted Tesla, and make fun of “fake woke misogynists.” Check out the Dave Meyers-directed clip above.
“Best Friend” will appear on Saweetie’s forthoming debut album Pretty B*tch Music. The album doesn’t currently have a release date but will also include 2020 single “Back To The Streets,” a collaboration with Grammy-nominee Jhené Aiko. Pretty B*tch Music will follow Saweetie’s 2018 debut EP, High Maintenance, and last year’s ICY.
Doja Cat, meanwhile, had one of last year’s biggest hits with her song “Say So.” The track appeared on her album album Hot Pink and made it into The FADER’s 100 best songs of 2020.
