“#Sailor Moon Eternal Film Releases Special Clip Including Super Sailor Saturn's First Transformation in Anime”

Toei's official YouTube channel has posted a 60-second clip to introduce the transformation scene of the four Outer Senshi – Super Sailor Uranus (Haruka Tenou), Super Sailor Neptune (Michiru Kaiou), Super Sailor Pluto (Setsuna Meiou), and Super Sailor Saturn (Hotaru Tomoe)-, as well as Eternal Sailor Moon, from the forthcoming second part of the two-part anime film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal The Movie. The clip includes Super Sailor Saturn's transformation that is depicted for the first time throughout in the entire anime series.

The first part was released in 127 theaters in Japan on January 8, 2021, and made its ninth place debut in its opening weekend, then disappeared from the top 10 in its third weekend. The 80-minite film has earned 110 million yen (1.04 million USD) from its domestic run so far. Its second part is set to be released in Japan this Thursday, February 11, 2021.
