The 2021 Grammy Awards will no longer take place on January 31, and has been postponed to an undetermined date, according to reports in Rolling Stone and Variety.
Concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic led to the delay, though it may not be too long until the show is back on track: Rolling Stone reports that organizers hope to put on the show in March.
Before the postponement, The Grammys were reportedly already planning on a vastly different ceremony than previous years. Presenters and performers would take to the stage without an audience, with award winners accepting their trophies remotely.
