It’s one year stateside and back to Russia for Vitali Kravtsov.

The Rangers are loaning the No. 9-overall pick from 2018 back to the KHL for the 2020-21 season, The Post’s Larry Brooks reported Friday. The winger, who can be recalled by the Rangers once their season starts, will play for Traktor Chelyabinsk and head coach Anvar Gatiyatulin, whom he had played under during his draft year. The decision was a collaborative effort with Kravtsov’s agent.

Kravtsov spent this season with AHL Hartford while adjusting to the North American game, recording six goals and nine assists in 39 games.

The Rangers got a closer look at the 20-year-old when he joined the team for its summer camp and was included on its expanded roster that went to Toronto for the postseason bubble. He has yet to make his NHL debut.

Kravtsov was the KHL’s rookie of the year in 2017-18.
