#Meek Mill Addresses Negative Reaction To Giving Kids $20: 'I Ain't Giving No Young Bulls No Money To Buy No Weed'

Meek Mill has been under fire since a video of him giving $20 to a group of kids in Philly went viral. Meek responded to all of the criticism and array of memes during a heated debate over on Clubhouse earlier this week alongside 21 Savage, Swizz Beatz, PnB Rock and Karen Civil.

The Dreamchasers boss defended himself by saying he didn’t want to give the kids more money so they could go blow it on drugs.

“I know what’s going on, I ain’t giving no young bulls no money to buy no weed,” he explained. “We came up pumping gas at the gas station, carrying old ladies’ bags, shoveling snow. I pulled up on them young bulls to give them game. I ain’t worried about no fucking money.”

Meek doesn’t agree with the narrative being painted since the kids were really happy to see him pull up at the time, but the internet still clowned him for the bad optics of giving out $20 while riding around in a luxury car and wearing thousands of dollars in icy jewelry.

“People don’t have the common sense to say, ‘Damn, he did stop and pull up,’” Meek continued. “They wasn’t even mad when we gave them the $20. The internet made them mad. If you look at the video, young bull said ‘Thanks, I fuck with you.’ The internet made them mad.”

Throughout the rest of the conversation, Meek went after TheShadeRoom for pitting him against Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty and addressed the street drama he has going on with other Philly rappers.
