A new trailer teasing the final episodes of Princess Connect! Re:Dive season two has been released. The special video features a climactic confrontation between Karyl and Pecorine, as the former is consumed by a mysterious dark power.  

The second season premiered on January 11th, 2022 and has broadcasted 10 episodes as of March 14, 2022. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime series as it airs in North America. The second season is slated to conclude after 12 episodes in total. 

The cast includes M.A.O as Pecorine, Miku Itou as Kokkoro, Rika Tachibana as Karyl, and Atsushi Abe as Yuuki.

Season one director Takaomi Kanasaki (KONOSUBA: God’s Blessing On This Wonderful World!) takes over the chief director role for the second season, as well as screenwriter. Storyboarder Yasuo Iwamoto replaces him as director. Mai Watanabe (Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater animation director) joins Yasuyuki Noda (Duel Masters King!), Satomi Kurita, and Yang Lie Jun (Princess Connect! Re:Dive season one) character designers for the series. CygamesPictures is in charge of animation production. 

The first season of Princess Connect! Re:Dive ran from April to June 2020. It is based on Cygame’s mobile game of the same name, which is a sequel to the first Princess Connect game that operated from 2015 to 2016.

In the beautiful land of Astraea where a gentle breeze blows, a young man named Yuuki awakens with no memory of his past. There he encounters a guide who has sworn to care for him—Kokkoro, a lovely swordswoman who’s always feeling peckish—Pecorine, and a cat-eared sorceress with a prickly attitude—Karyl. Led by fate, these four come together to form the “Gourmet Guild.” And so their adventure begins…
