#Cops search for perv who attempted to rape woman in Queens

Cops are looking for a perv who attempted to rape a woman inside her Queens building this week.

The 37-year-old woman was returning to her Ridgewood home at Gates and Cypress avenues around 8 a.m. Monday when a stranger followed her into the building, authorities said.

Once inside, the man shoved the victim to the floor and attempted to remove her clothing.

The woman fought back, prompting the suspect to run out of the building, according to police.

Cops believe the suspect, seen wearing dark clothing in surveillance footage released by police, is between 20 and 30 years old.

He remained at large Tuesday.
