#Prince Andrew reportedly met with Queen over Jeffrey Epstein scandal

Prince Andrew has met with his mother, Queen Elizabeth, to discuss the fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell sex trafficking scandal, according to a new report.

The Duke of York headed to Balmoral Castle, the royals’ holiday home in Scotland, after last seeing the Queen in July amid the coronavirus pandemic, The Sun reported.

The topic of conversation is said to revolve around the ongoing investigation in the US into Epstein and Maxwell’s alleged sex trafficking ring — and Andrew’s alleged involvement.

“The Queen and Andrew will have lots to discuss. So much has come out over the summer,” a source told The Sun. “The Queen wants to be kept informed and she will not be back at Windsor until early October.”

Prosecutors in Manhattan and lawyers for the embattled royal, 60, have been at odds over getting him to talk — with the feds saying he’s “repeatedly” turned down their requests for an interview.

Andrew’s legal team, however, has insisted that they’ve offered to meet with investigators.

The investigation into Epstein and Maxwell’s alleged crimes is ongoing.

Maxwell, 58, was arrested in July on charges she allegedly procured and groomed girls for sex with the pedophile financier, who committed suicide in a Manhattan jail last year.

Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre has claimed she was ordered to sleep with Andrew three times when she was 17 — allegations he’s vehemently denied.

Pals have said Maxwell, Epstein’s alleged madam and ex-girlfriend, and Andrew are “fiercely loyal to each other.”
