#Pretty Boy Detective Club Anime Sleuths Out a Second Promo

Following up on the first one back in January, a second trailer and more cast and staff details are here for the anime adaptation of NisiOisin and Kinako’s Pretty Boy Detective Club. The series kicks off on TV in Japan starting April 10, and you can see what the pretty boys are up to in the new promo below.

 


 

The latest cast members to get in on the detective work include Maaya Sakamoto as Mayumi Dojima, Hiroki Nanami as Rei, and Kosuke Toriumi as Rai Fudatsuki.

 

Previously revealed cast members:

 

Ayumu Murase (Ginro in Dr. STONE) as Manabu Soutouin

Taito Ban (Ferdinand von Aegir in Fire Emblem: Three Houses) as Nagahiro Sakiguchi

Toshiki Masuda (Eijiro Kirishima in My Hero Academia) as Michiru Fukuroi

Shougo Yano (Mafuyu Sato in given) as Hyouta Ashikaga

Gen Sato (Chrome in Dr. STONE) as Sousaku Yubiwa

 

The series is being produced by Shaft, with Akiyuki Simbo (Puella Magi Madoka Magica movies) as supervising director. Among the new staff members revealed in the latest update are Hiroki Yamamura (Madoka Magica, Kizumonogatari) as animation director and Masamoto Ota and EFFY on music. 

 

The opening theme song will be sumika’s “Shake & Shake.”
