After being announced in November last year, the second season of ecchi fantasy series Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time finally initiated foreplay with the reveal of its official title — Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time: Super Extra, with “S” and “Ex” highlighted in the logo — along with the sequel’s first visual, additional cast and a mix of new and returning staff members.
The new additional cast members are as follows (romanizations according to the official Twitter account):
Kana Yuki (Noelle in Black Clover) as Fulltalia
Shiori Izawa (Nanachi in Made in Abyss) as Misslim
Cast members confirmed to be returning include:

- Yui Ninomiya as Luvellia
- Hibiku Yamamura as Lisa
- Ayana Taketatsu as Mimi
- Akari Uehara as Vegan
- Sayaka Senbongi as Piglette
- Suzuna Kinoshita as Lucy

Based on the manga by Daisuke Hiyama, Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time: Super Extra is being directed by Tatsumi at studios WolfsBane and Seven, with series composition by Nora Mori and character designs by Koh Kawarajima, alongside:
- Chief Animation Director: Tatsumi
- Art Director: Kenichi Kurata
- Color Design: Kim Min-seok
- Director of Photography: Kazuto Horikawa
- Editing: Keisuke Yanagi
