An Ohio couple and their twin teenage kids were found dead in their home in a possible murder-suicide, authorities said.

Regina Tobin, 58, John Tobin, 57, and 15-year-olds Natalie and Graham Tobin were discovered dead Sunday afternoon at their home in Shaker Heights, a suburb of Cleveland, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner said.

Police found the bodies while performing a welfare check around 2:20 p.m. at the residence.

Regina and her teenage children all died in suspected homicides, while the cause of death for John has not been released, Cleveland.com reported.

Further details on how their deaths occurred have not been released.

Police said there was no sign of forced entry and are investigating the case as a murder-suicide.

The son was an incoming freshman at Gilmour Academy, a private school in Gates Mills, the outlet reported.

“We are devastated by this tragic news,” Head of School Kathy Kenny said. “Graham was a member of our incoming freshman class and expressed so much positive anticipation during last week’s freshman orientation.”

Meanwhile, his twin sister was starting 9th grade at the Laurel School, an all-girls private school in Shaker Heights, according to the report.

“Our hearts are broken. Natalie came to Laurel in the Eighth Grade—a bookworm, scholar and volleyball player, she was a gentle, warm and thoughtful friend, looking forward with joy to Upper School,” Head of Laurel School Ann V. Klotz said.
