The NYPD cop charged with shoving a female protester to the pavement at a George Floyd demonstration in Brooklyn.

Vincent D’Andraia, dressed in a suit and tie, stuck to monosyllabic answers as he faced charges in Brooklyn Criminal Court including third-degree assault and third-degree menacing.

He was released without bail at a Tuesday court appearance thanks to criminal-justice reforms that took effect Jan. 1.

D’Andraia, 28, can be heard calling protester Dounya Zayer a “stupid b—h” before shoving her to the pavement near the Barclays Center on May 29 in now-viral video of the incident.

Zayer — who was among the throngs demanding justice for Floyd, a black man killed May 25 when a white Minnesota cop knelt on his neck — wound up hospitalized after suffering a seizure and a concussion.

“Yes,” said D’Andraia when asked by Judge Gina Abadi whether he understood the order of protection imposed barring him from contact with Zayer.

“No,” he affirmed when asked whether he had any questions.

Warning: Graphic language

D’Andraia did not enter a plea before he was ordered released on his own recognizance.

Assistant District Attorney Wilfredo Cotto requested that D’Andraia be ordered to surrender his service weapon, but the cop’s lawyer, Stephen Worth, noted that it had already been confiscated following his suspension by the department.

D’Andraia is due back in court Oct. 15.
