The Noumin Kanren No Skill Bakka Agetetara Nazeka Tsuyoku Natta anime adaptation is set to begin in Japan on October 1. A main visual and new cast information have been released as well.

The newly announced cast members are Yukari Tamura as Ilvia, Masahiro Itou as Reaks, Mai Nakahara as Luccia, and Kenji Hamada as Gilles. Their characters are featured in the main visual alongside the four main characters. The previously announced cast members are Junya Enoki as Al Wayne, Minami Tanaka as Fal Ys Meigis, Rumi Ookubo as Helen Lean, and Ayaka Suwa as Ruri.

Noumin Kanren No Skill Bakka Agetetara Nazeka Tsuyoku Natta is based on the manga by Aki Taruto, which is an adaptation of the light novel series written by Shobonnu and illustrated by Sogawa. The story follows Al Wayne, a young man who aspires to be the greatest farmer. However, after finally maxing out his farmer skill level and attaining the pinnacle of farming skills, Al’s life takes a sudden and drastic turn, and he finds himself going on adventures and getting into battles instead.

The anime’s staff includes Norihiko Nagahama (Date A Live IV and Laid-Back Camp Season 2 episode director) as director, Touko Machida (PuraOre! Pride of Orange) as series composer, Masami Sueoka (Chojiku Robo Meguru original character designer) as character designer, Daisuke Negishi (Getter Robo Arc) as art director, Keisuke Takahashi (Getter Robo Arc) as photography director, Ryouta Katsuta (RoboHachi co-color designer) and Maki Yamamoto (RoboHachi co-color designer) as color designers, and Takurou Iga (Slow Loop) as music composer. studio A-CAT is the animation production company.

The Futabasha-published Noumin Kanren No Skill Bakka Agetetara Nazeka Tsuyoku Natta manga began in 2018 and will release its ninth tankoubon volume on September 30. It is serialized on Manga Gaugau and Gaugau Monster and published under the Monster Comics label. 

The story began as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2016 before becoming a light novel series in 2017. The light novels, which ended in 2018 with five volumes, are published under the Monster Bunko label.
