Nolan Gould is not the apple-cheeked little boy from “Modern Family” anymore.

The former child star who played Luke Dunphy for 11 years on the ABC sitcom is all grown up — and the 22-year-old shocked fans with a raunchy pole dancing video proving he is no child actor anymore.

“Tragic Mike. Might delete this immediately but had to share the results of my first pole dancing class,” the New York-born actor captioned the video, which has amassed nearly 700,000 views in under a day.

“I am uncoordinated and inflexible as hell. My body is basically made of Lego bricks,” he added.

The video also caught the eye of his “Modern Family” co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, 45, who commented: “Make good tips?”

In February, Gould stripped down in a muscle-bound photo shoot.

“I’ve been working out an hour and a half everyday with my friend Michael who is a personal trainer,” the newly swoll Gould told People magazine with accompanying pics showing his chiseled bod.

“We have a really cool socially distant setup that has allowed me to get fit while also being safe. It’s been nice,” he said. “Especially being unemployed in quarantine, having a reason to get up and stay motivated. It’s been something that’s been very healthy and positive for me in quarantine. It’s really changed my outlook.”

Ferguson couldn’t help but poke a little fun at his former co-star on Insta: “What have you done with Nolan?!” he asked in the comments, much to the delight of Gould’s 1.5 million followers.

“No longer sweet boy Nolan, he is now big strong boy Nolan,” one fan gushed, echoing the jaw-dropped comments of nearly 190,000 other fans on the ‘Gram.

However, despite his newfound fitness discipline, Gould said he was actually enjoying doing absolutely nothing during his first substantial downtime after spending most of his youth on set. After all, he’s been acting since he was 5 years old.

But then the COVID-19 pandemic pounds started to pack on.

“I spent six months basically on vacation,” Gould told the outlet. “But I feel like now it’s time to kind of make a decision on where I want to go with my career, and one of the ways you can do that is by changing my look and my mindset.”

Last year, Gould — who stars opposite Emmy nominee Joey King in the comedy-drama “Camp” — talked to The Post about trying to face filming the finale of his popular sitcom like a man.

“I really had no idea what to expect, and I was trying very much to pull the 21-year-old machismo thing,” he said at the time. “I wasn’t going to cry, and then we had the final table read, and at the end [of the script] when it said ‘End of Series’ I just started bawling. My TV sisters [Sarah Hyland and Ariel Winter] pulled out their cellphones and tried to record me crying.”

Still, he said his memories of literally growing up in front of millions of TV viewers are mostly happy.

“[Even] the final day [shooting] ‘Modern Family’ wasn’t that sad,” he told The Post. “It was really happy — that sounds weird, but that day was one of the most fun days ever on the set. We were all just sitting around between scenes and hanging out and listening to music. Every time I went back to my trailer I’d find a letter someone else had left me, thanking me and saying how awesome the last 11 years have been and asking me to stay in touch.

“It didn’t feel like work.”
