If you're thinking of debuting as a virtual YouTuber/singer, this could be a great opportunity. Hololive Production, a Tokyo-based entertainment company COVER's virtual Youtuber agency, will hold an open audition for an English-speaking virtual singer for its female group Hololive English.
Applicants must be English speakers and 18 years of age or older. Those who also speak Japanese are given priority. If you are interested, answer the questions in the application form and send one self-introduction video and two music videos of different genres. The description of the application form says, "Songs used and the content contained within the music video are completely up to you and will not be shown to any third parties! Original songs are more than appreciated! The ability to sing both English and Japanese in some respect is also greatly appreciated."
Applications will be accepted until January 29, 2021.
