“New Heroes Arrive in TIGER & BUNNY 2 Anime Trailer”
It’s almost time for some truly heroic deeds, because a new preview video and new cast members have been revealed for TIGER & BUNNY 2, the upcoming sequel series to the 2011 original TV anime about superheroes that compete within a futuristic reality TV show and score points by fighting crime and protecting the city. The new cast members include:
- Nobunaga Shimazaki as Thomas Taurus / He Is Thomas.
- Shōya Chiba as Subaru Sengoku / Mr. Black.
- And Tomori Kusunoki as Lara Tchaikoskaya / Magical Cat.
Netflix currently streams the first season of TIGER & BUNNY, and descibes the story of the series as follows:
In a vibrant metropolis protected by a band of superheroes called NEXT, veteran Wild Tiger is forced to team up with rookie Barnaby Brooks Jr.
TIGER & BUNNY 2 is directed by Atsuko Kase and features animation production by Bandai Namco Pictures. The series will debut on Netflix in worldwide markets beginning on April 08, 2022.
