Another trailer for Handyman Saitou in Another World, numbered as its first, has been released. Opening song “kaleidoscope” by Teary Planet is previewed in the video along with scenes of the titular handyman’s isekai experiences and allies.

More cast members were also revealed. They include Ayaka Oohashi as Mevena, Kouichi Souma as Gibungul, Yumiri Hanamori as Lileeza, Hinata Tadokoro as Geebul, Ruriko Aoki as Franril, and Azusa Tadokoro as Ninia.

Handyman Saitou in Another World is set to premiere in January 2023. It is based on the manga series by Kazutomo Ichitomo, which began serialization in Kadokawa’s ComicWalker website in October 2018. It is published under the MFC label and has released seven tankoubon volumes as of July 2022.

The story follows an ordinary handyman named Saitou who is reincarnated into another world. At the start of his adventure, he meets a beautiful tsundere warrior; a powerful, but forgetful spellcaster who is also a perverted geezer; and a cute, but miserly fairy. Saitou makes use of his handyman skills in this new fantasy world to perform tasks like opening chests or repairing his allies’ armor. Although he has no special magical skills, Saitou finds fulfillment in his new life where he’s needed and appreciated.

Handyman Saitou in Another World‘s staff includes Toshiyuki Kubooka (Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina) as director, Shouji Mashida (Log Horizon story supervisor) as supervisor, Kenta Ihara (Uncle From Another World) as series composer and scriptwriter, Youko Tanabe (Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy co-prop designer) as character designer, and Tomotaka Oosumi (SD Gundam World Heroes) as music composer. C2C is in charge of the animation production. 

Meanwhile, the main cast includes Ryouhei Kimura as Saitou, Ai Fairouz as Raelza, Nao Touyama as Lafanpan, and Choo as Morlock.
