#New Deemo Movie Trailer, Key Visual Released

Pony Canyon has released a new 90-second trailer for the upcoming Deemo Memorial Keys movie, which is set to premiere in Japan on February 25. The trailer includes new footage and a preview of the theme song “nocturne” by Hinano Takashima.

A key visual drawn by the movie’s character designer Mebachi (Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club designer) was also released.

Deemo Memorial Keys (or Deemo Sakura Note – Anata no Kanadeta Oto ga, Ima mo Hibiku) is based on the mobile rhythm game by Rayark, which released in 2013. The plot is described as:

The girl has lost her memory. Deemo, a mysterious being who plays the piano. A story, a very gentle, ephemeral, and wistful of love, spun by the girl and Deemo.

The staff includes Junichi Fujisaku (BLOOD+ director) as chief director, Shuhei Matsushita (YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of This World assistant director) as director, Yoshihiro Hiramine (Suzakinishi the Animation director) as assistant director, Naofumi Mishina (Fate/Grand Order THE MOVIE Divine Realm of the Round Table: Camelot Wandering; Agateram) as 3D director, and Yuki Kajiura (The Case Study of Vanitas) as the theme song composer. Signal.MD and Production I.G are in charge of the animation production.

Meanwhile, the cast includes Ayana Taketatsu as “The Girl” Alice, Hinatazaka46‘s Akari Nibu as the Masked Lady, Akari Kitou as Sania, and Ayane Sakura as Rosalia.
