The Nets can get the taste of Wednesday’s loss out of their mouths with a victory Friday against Sacramento — a win that would clinch a playoff berth.

After wasting a chance to punch their ticket to the postseason — routed 149-115 by Boston — the Nets get another shot Friday at 5 p.m. against the struggling Kings. It arguably will be their best shot at a win for the rest of this restart, and they may have to get it without starters Joe Harris and Jarrett Allen.

“You have to be able to take the good with the bad and we still have to hold together,” said Harris, questionable with a groin injury. “We can’t let this loss break us up as a group or deter our spirit. We have a lot of games left to play down here. We have to bounce back, have a good practice and get ready for Sacramento on Friday.”

As it turns out, the Nets didn’t have that practice. With Allen also questionable because of a sprained ankle, coach Jacque Vaughn gave his Nets an unscheduled day off to lick their wounds and recharge their batteries after a flat, desultory non-effort.

They can’t afford another Friday.

“There’s always another opportunity,” Caris LeVert said. “Friday’s another day, another opportunity for us to go out there and compete for a full 48 minutes as a team. I think we’ll be ready for that task.”

The Nets’ magic number is down to one with four games left on the schedule. Washington would have to sweep all four of its remaining four games, starting Friday night against New Orleans. But the Nets aren’t looking to scoreboard watch and wait for some other team to do their work for them.

The Kings’ 29-39 mark is the worst of any team left on the Nets’ schedule. The Kings dropped their first three games in the bubble before finally beating New Orleans on Thursday. Bogdan Bogdanovic is coming off a career-high 35 points, while De’Aaron Fox added 30 and 10 assists.

Though Allen (left ankle sprain) and Harris (left groin contusion) are both questionable, Jamal Crawford (left hamstring strain) already has been ruled out and likely will miss several more games as well.

“He’ll miss a few games for us,” Vaughn said of Crawford. “We’re still assessing on a daily basis, but do look forward to him joining us going forward.”

The Nets were fined $25,000 by the NBA for failing to comply with league policies governing injury reporting. A league source said the issue wasn’t with the public injury reports disseminated to the media, but it’s own internal database.

Nets stash pick Aaron White inked a one-year deal with Greek team Panathinaikos. The power forward was the 49th overall pick in 2015.

French soccer star and noted Nets fan Antoine Griezmann got a behind-the-scenes virtual tour of the team’s setup in the bubble. Wearing a Nets shirt, the Barcelona star was greeted by countryman Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, as well as Harris, who is a fan of Griezmann’s former club Atletico Madrid.
