“Netflix: First look at “One Piece” real series

Netflix announced on Monday that the live-action series of “One Piece” will be released worldwide later this year.

Just in time for the start of the week, the popular streaming service Netflix announced that it would set sail this year with the live-action series based on Eiichiro Oda’s manga hit “One Piece”. Netflix also unveiled the first-ever official show poster today, featuring a silhouette of Monkey D. Luffy ready to finally set sail as the sun sets.

Another poster shows some of the main characters from “One Piece” posing on the beach in front of the legendary Flying Lamb. The posters are already available Netflix to admire yourself.

The live-action series is being directed by Steve Maeda and Matt Owens. Creator Oda is also part of the executive producing team along with Maeda, Owens, Marty Adelstein and Beky Clements.
