#Narita International Airport's Narita Anime Deck Offers Re:ZERO Pop-up Event from This Month

 

 

KADOKAWA will hold a time-limited pop-up event featuring the Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- anime franchise at Narita Anime Deck, the anime-themed entertainment facility complex in Narita International Airport, from October 9, 2020, to January 11, 2021. The event will include a collaboration cafe and a merchandise store.

 

The facility was jointly opened by the Anime Tourism Association, KADOKAWA, and Narita International Airport Corporation on the second floor of the main building of the airport's Terminal 2 on November 28, 2019. Its official website wrote in the introduction, it is a place "where you can experience and enjoy Japanese animation culture and characters which Japan can show off to the world, in various forms such as character goods, foods, events and photo spots."

 

The Re:ZERO cafe to offer various collaboration menu will open between October 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021. An original coaster will be randomly given away for every order of the menu, and an original luncheon mat will also be given away as a special gift to every customer.  

 

To celebrate the launch of the pop-up event, a special menu "Petelgeuse's Mont Blanc-style matcha cake" will be served for 30 meals a day for a limited period of four days from October 9 to 12.

 

 

 

 

 

Meanwhile, the collaboration merchandise store will open from October 13 to December 14, 2020 (Please keep in mind that the café and the shop are open for different periods).

 

At the store, a pre-sale of goods featuring newly-drawn illustrations on the theme of "an inn of another world." will be held. It will offer a wide range of limited items, from standard goods such as can badges and acrylic stands to miniature folding screens and amulets that go well with the Japanese-themed illustrations.

 

During the event period, a limited edition postcard will be given at random to customers who purchase the Re:ZERO collaboration items of 3,500 yen or more (tax included) at Narita Anime Deck.
