#N.O.R.E. Airs Out 'Insecure' Celebs & 'Industry Fake Shit' In Instagram PSA

N.O.R.E. is one of the more popular faces in Hip Hop today, thanks to his beloved Drinks Champs show with DJ EFN, and his successful rap career prior to jumping into the podcast market. But as much as fans hear and see N.O.R.E. on their phones and laptops, he is rarely seen hanging out in public.

On Sunday (January 9), N.O.R.E. took to the Drink Champs Instagram page to share some insight with fans wondering why he’s never seen outside the confines of his podcast. According to N.O.R.E., he’s not rocking with a lot of his peers in the industry.

“When you don’t see me around certain people, it’s because these certain people aren’t god, they’re dealing with insecurities, these are insecure people,” N.O.R.E. said. “I have the same phone number. If you can be in a room full of five people, and those five people say they don’t fuck with N.O.R.E., then those five people are probably the fakest five people in the world, ’cause N.O.R.E.’s one of the top five most loved artists in the world.”

He continued, “So, when you see these little events, you see these little private dinners, you see these little private, little meetings, and you don’t see the Yalla there, it’s ’cause the Yalla wasn’t invited,” he added, saying he’s going to worry about his own business and his money.

N.O.R.E continued to make his point in the caption of his post explaining he will only show up to places where he’s appreciated, and not disrespected. The “fake shit” of the industry isn’t something he wants to deal with anymore.

“A message from the Yalla @therealnoreaga: The other day I got asked why I wasn’t at certain events and it’s cause I go we’re im celebrated and not tolerated I can only be in rooms that love me from now on,” N.O.R.E wrote in the caption. “The industry fake shit no longer works for me I’mma king don’t be mad now that I’m acting like one!!! Y’all not the only ones getting money anymore but keep that same energy.”

N.O.R.E. will show up for close friends, such as when he and his wife Neri Santiago had a double date dinner with Kanye West and his new girlfriend Julia Fox earlier this month. The group dined at Carbone in Miami, Florida where N.O.R.E. frequents heavily.
