#Mykki Blanco Announces Mini-Album, Shares New Song With Jamila Woods: Listen

Mykki Blanco will release the new mini-album Broken Hearts & Beauty Sleep on June 18 via Transgressive Records. The announcement arrives with the release of a new song called “Love Me,” which features Jamila Woods and Blanco’s brother Jay Cue. It was produced by Daniel Fisher (aka Physical Therapy) and features additional production by FaltyDL. Listen to it below.

“‘Love Me’ is essentially about so many forms of love, patience, trust, time,” Blanco said of the new song in a statement. “It is about the potion that is created when you sift through the ingredients that create ‘love,’ the alchemy we as human beings take part in to convey these feelings deep inside of us.”

Broken Hearts & Beauty Sleep features contributions from Blood Orange, Big Freedia, Hudson Mohawke, Kari Faux, and more. It includes the previously released single “Free Ride.” FaltyDL exeuctive produced the mini-album. Check out the tracklist below.
